Abs, Core & More

More than just crunches! Strengthen and stabilize your core with multi-joint exercises utilizing your body weight, gliders, weights, tubes, medicine balls, and fitness balls. All levels welcome!

Cycle

Revolutionize your caloric burn through cycle training! All fitness levels welcome. Bikes are limited, so get to class early! Bring a towel, water bottle and gel seat.

Cycle, Circuit, & Core

A cycling class for ALL fitness levels that integrates cardiovascular training intervals with strength, agility, balance and core exercises in a circuit format.

Fast & Furious Cycle

Integrates the “HIT” (Highest Intensity Training) format. Work fast & furious, recover on rest intervals.

Glutes & Guts

This 30 minute strengthening class will concentrate on the lower body (glutes & legs) and the core. A variety of equipment will be utilized including weights, tubes, medicine balls, fitness balls, and the Bosu. Defy gravity!

Kickboxing

Challenge yourself with kickboxing & agility drills, strength & core exercises, and freestanding bag burnout rounds in this fast paced class. All levels welcome!

Piyo

A perfect combination of the two mind/body experiences yoga and pilates.

Rep Reebok Weight Training

A choreographed weight training class developed by Reebok Fitness professionals. The class changes in format & tempo each month to maximize muscle confusion getting better results.

SilverSneakers MSROM

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.

Spin/Sculpt

Total Body + Cycle= Spin/Sculpt. Enjoy a fun and dynamic class that combines cycle intervals with total body strength exercises using weights, tubes, gliders, bench, and fitness ball.

Total Body

This 60 minute class will strengthen all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment. Barbells, free weights, tubing, gliding disks and other equipment may be used.

Yoga

A multi level gentle yoga class that will increase flexibility, balance, breathing and relaxation.

Zumba

A high energy class with Latin Based Music and Choreography that will have you burning some serious calories! Get ready to have some fun!
