Body Sculpt

The ball is not for child’s play in this class. A total body conditioning class that teaches you how to use the ball in a whole new way. Focuses on the core, but will not forget everything else.

Boot Camp

A fun way to get a great workout! Instructor may use a chair or other “props”. Ladies only please.

Butts & Gutts

Use the buoys in the water like never before. Intervals are a great way to burn calories and intensify the workout. Choose your level and have fun.

Cardio Kick

Cardio Pump

Flip Fitness

A cycling class for ALL fitness levels that integrates cardiovascular training intervals with strength, agility, balance and core exercises in a circuit format.

Spin

This 60 min. Class consists of various cardio and toning stations set up by the instructor where participants can modify and vary their workouts for a maximum calorie burn. All levels are welcome.

Spin/Sculpt

Total Body + Cycle= Spin/Sculpt. Enjoy a fun and dynamic class that combines cycle intervals with total body strength exercises using weights, tubes, gliders, bench, and fitness ball.

Step Express

A cardiovascular conditioning class that utilizes a step. Participants will learn intricate step patterns while burning some serious calories! (Advanced Step where listed).

TBC

A cardiovascular conditioning class that utilizes a step. Participants will learn intricate step patterns while burning some serious calories! (Advanced Step where listed)

Total Body

This 60 minute class will strengthen all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment. Barbells, free weights, tubing, gliding disks and other equipment may be used.

Yoga

A multi level gentle yoga class that will increase flexibility, balance, breathing and relaxation.
