GROUP CLASSES

 

Fitness World offers it's members a variety of classes, including aerobics and step classes.  Our experienced staff will assist you in incorporating aerobic classes into a fitness plan for you, whatever your ability and lifestyle.

Our classes use the latest instruction techniques and incorporate music to create a paced and physically challenging experience for men and women of all ages and fitness levels
